Born and raised here in Oregon. Cilla started out as a Certified Welder-Fabricator and is now currently a second-generation tattoo artist, following in the footsteps of her Father.  Deeply passionate for the arts, the outdoors, delicious food, and live music. When she isn't tattooing, or welding, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and many pets. Cilla's goals are to bring the old school tattooing techniques into new school technology. Some of her favorite tattooing styles are Traditional, Neo-Traditional, Japanese, and Floral. However, she is excited to learn them all.
